The issue in GetHuman-anupjee's own words
I had booked a guesthouse(Booking id:*********) in Goa(** Sep-** Oct*****), but after few hours of booking I got a cancellation mail from the Adoda stating that the "room was already booked by someone else hence we are canceling your booking". Later I asked Agoda for my refund and they send me a mail that they have initiated the refund and I will get my refund as per my bank processing time. Later I contacted my bank and as per my bank, they take only *-* days to process the refund. now(** days after cancellation) when I asked my bank to check my bank statement to check refund transaction but they could not find any such transaction because the refund is still not initiated by Agoda. I have sent a mail to Agoda to share the transition details generated against the refund but still, didn't get any response from them.
GetHuman-anupjee did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
