Dear Agoda**I have tried to call you and contact multiple times but was failed.**I have made a booking under booking ID no: ********* hotel Royal Chulan Bukit Bintang for * nights (**-**th July ****)**However when i came for check in, the room was fully booked. The hotel has transferred me to another hotel branch i.e Royal Chulan Kuala LUmpur**I am not happy because it is too far from shopping centre and from my initial purpose of vacation**I spoke to the hotel Manager Mr Taufik, and requested for a claim**The hotel agreed and acknowledged on my request**I made this email to ensure that Agoda also will aware of my refund**When can I get my refund?
