Yesterday, on 7/2/18, I made a reservation on a library computer which processed successfully, providing me with confirmation number [redacted]68. However, I did not receive an email confirmation and my app is not functioning. Upon contacting customer support via email, they were unable to locate my reservation. Although there is an authorization hold on my credit card for an amount of $0, I am concerned as the reservation cannot be verified. Despite attempts to reach customer support by phone, the confirmation number appears invalid. I wish to cancel this reservation to avoid any unintended charges, as I require the ability to make a new reservation.

I am writing to share my recent disappointing experience with your booking site. After booking a 3-night stay at the Emerald Hotel and Service Apartments in Mumbai and arriving on June 21st, I was informed by the hotel manager that they couldn't accommodate me due to a smoking incident in the non-smoking room I had reserved. Despite being redirected to another hotel, I discovered the promised gym facilities were nonexistent. The uncertainty over the duration of my stay, lack of answers, and significant inconvenience led me to book another hotel through your site.
As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated Agoda's services and frequently recommend it to others. However, the situation in Mumbai was unacceptable. I respectfully request reimbursement and compensation for the undue stress and additional expenses incurred to secure alternative accommodation promptly.

I recently received an email from Agoda ([redacted]) notifying me that my credit card provided for the booking could not be processed by Aphrodite Inn Hotel. I missed the deadline to update my payment information within 24 hours, and now the secure payment link is no longer valid.
I can confirm that my credit card is working fine as I used it recently without any issues. I believe there was an error on the hotel's end, not mine.
I kindly request Agoda to send me a new secure payment link so I can ensure my reservation at Aphrodite Inn Hotel is retained.

I received an email from you about a $[redacted] promotion discount and decided to check the price for Fairfield Inn & Suites using your app. However, when I tried to use the promotion at the end of the booking process, it automatically confirmed the booking without applying the discount. Despite attempting to cancel immediately, I was still charged $[redacted] at midnight, even though I never used or checked into the room. I usually have a smooth experience with your service, so I'm hopeful this issue can be resolved quickly. My main request is a refund due to not using or intending to book the room. Thank you.

I made a reservation for accommodation from July 22-30, [redacted], on June 25 but canceled it on June 26. I used my USAID/Ethiopia credit card for the booking. After an unexpected situation at work, I had to cancel my flight and hotel. Despite canceling the booking the next day with confirmation, you still charged me the full amount. I find this unfair as my check-in date was July 22, [redacted]. If a partial charge for the first day can be considered, it would be more reasonable. The total charge of $[redacted].26 is significant for me in Ethiopia. I request your assistance as a new customer to Agoda. This experience is disheartening for my first booking, and I hope you can address this situation promptly.

I made a reservation a few months ago for a Premier room and several deluxe rooms for my wedding on June 3rd. Unfortunately, my Premier room was canceled just days before the wedding, while the other rooms were not affected. I tried to contact Agoda for help, but I couldn't get through to them. Despite my efforts, I didn't receive assistance from the Agoda team. The hotel was fully booked that weekend, making it challenging to find an alternative room. I attempted to book a Deluxe room through Agoda, but encountered a system error that led to a payment being charged to my credit card without a booking confirmation. I'm disappointed by this experience as a long-time Agoda user. I contacted the hotel directly, but they couldn't locate my Premier and Deluxe room reservation. While the rest of the rooms were secured, the one meant for the bride was canceled, leaving me to resolve the issue without Agoda's support. Nobu Hotel was helpful, but I'm seeking a refund for the Premier room that was canceled. This situation has been incredibly frustrating, and I hope for a resolution.

I made a booking at Hida Hotel Plaza for 2 nights from 7-9 July [redacted] with reference number [redacted]37. Due to heavy rain, there was no transportation available from Osaka to Takayama on 7 July. Hida Hotel confirmed that if transportation is still unavailable on 8 July, they will not claim the payment from Agoda so I can request a refund. I will be checking for transportation options to Takayama tomorrow and will update Agoda accordingly. As proof of being stuck in Kyoto, I made another booking at Ibis Style Kyoto through Agoda for 7-8 July [redacted] with booking number [redacted]12. Thank you.

I made a reservation for my daughter's stay through Agoda, checking in on 7/2 and out on 7/4. The payment was deducted from my bank account on the check-in day. Unfortunately, she had an unforeseen emergency and couldn't make it. I tried to cancel the booking right away but faced difficulties as the hotel stated they couldn't assist with third-party bookings. I made several attempts with emails and phone calls, waiting for a total of over 3 hours, but received no response. Although they initially refunded the charge on 7/5, I was shocked to see a full charge deducted from my account recently. This is unacceptable since we didn't utilize the service. I have also reached out to Trivago, who I found the booking through. I may have to take this matter to the Better Business Bureau for resolution.

I made a reservation at a resort in Siquijor for 3 nights. Unfortunately, we had to cancel after the first night due to experiencing stomach issues after eating there. The beach did not meet our expectations; it had a lot of weeds and moss, and no one was swimming during our stay. Additionally, there was construction noise disturbing our rest after a long journey. We spoke with the owner, who was understanding and agreed to our request to cancel the remaining days of our stay. I am looking to reserve a room from July 14th to July 15th, [redacted]. Your booking platform is quite confusing. Upon checking for date availability, I accidentally booked a room for July 21st to July 22nd, [redacted]. I understand that was my mistake, so I tried to amend the dates. However, there was an additional charge of RM25 to change the booking to July 13th to 14th, [redacted]. This seems illogical as changing dates should not incur an extra cost when it's part of the options provided. I booked the first time using my HLBB Connect and the second time using my credit card. Please address this issue promptly as I only need one room for one night.

During my stay at the Allure Resort on Tuesday, July 10, [redacted], I was disappointed with the conditions. I encountered multiple roaches in the room, including some in the food left in the refrigerator. When I raised this issue with the front desk on Wednesday, July 11, the staff response was unsatisfactory. One worker even laughed when I reported the roach problem. Overall, the way it was handled by the staff left much to be desired. I was offered no alternative room and was simply told I could check out. When I requested a refund, I was given a number to call but was unable to proceed without a booking ID. This experience was unacceptable.

I made a reservation on March 14, [redacted], for a 1-bedroom villa at ASA Bali Luxury Villas from July 18th to 25th, [redacted]. The booking was for 7 nights, and I selected the "book now, pay later" option. The total cost was $[redacted].54 AUD, including taxes and fees of $[redacted].45 AUD. It was indicated that the total payment of $[redacted].85 AUD would be withdrawn on July 13th.
However, on July 13th, I was charged $1,[redacted].85 AUD, which is $72.30 AUD more than the amount originally stated during booking. This discrepancy has caused me confusion and inconvenience as I have not encountered such issues with other booking platforms in the past.
I kindly request clarification on why there was an overcharge of $72.30 AUD. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I booked a 13-night stay at "& And Hostel Ueno" in Tokyo from September 5th to September 18th on your website. I selected the "pay at the hotel" option, entered my credit card details, and completed the booking. However, I did not receive a confirmation email and could not sign in to the website using my mobile number or email address. I am requesting the reimbursement promised by Judy on July 8th for my second-night stay at Yiyand City Apartments. The room provided did not match the one I reserved, and the lodging was below a one-star level. My reservation is under Agoda Booking ID [redacted]14 for check-in on July 7, [redacted]. I have already sent emails and pictures as evidence of the misrepresentation. Despite claims that there would be English-speaking staff on-site, this was not the case, and the pictures provided were not accurate to my room. I have documentation of where I actually stayed. While I provided passport copies, I was reluctant to hand over the original documents due to the suspicious nature of the establishment. I hope to settle this matter promptly and fairly without involving legal action; however, I will hold the responsible parties accountable if full reimbursement is not provided.

I made a reservation at Matabungkay Beach and Resort in Batangas. I have recently made a hotel reservation using Agoda with the Booking ID: [redacted]80 and paid with a credit card.
There are a couple of issues I need assistance with. Firstly, I did not receive the email containing my booking details or the hotel voucher following the completion of my booking, which was supposed to be provided by Agoda.
Secondly, I am having trouble obtaining a receipt for the payment made through Agoda. The hotel is unable to issue me a receipt since the reservation was done through Agoda. They advised me to obtain the receipt from Agoda.
I require the receipt for reimbursement purposes from my company, so any help in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Jaewon Choi, and I booked a reservation through agoda.com on July 17th at 11:30 PM.
I am writing about an issue with my reservation, which was mistakenly set for July 18th instead of July 17th. Before making the payment, I confirmed the check-in and check-out dates as July 17th and July 18th respectively. However, after completing the payment, the dates changed to July 18th to 19th. Consequently, when I arrived at the hotel last night for check-in, they were fully booked, and David, the front desk staff, was unable to help.
I contacted agoda.com customer service last night and spoke to an agent named Gene, who discussed the matter with David. While I understand it is a non-refundable booking, I believe the error lies with either the website or the hotel. I made the journey to the hotel based on the dates initially displayed, but the website modified them. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund without any cancellation fees or penalties.

I made a reservation at Westgate Las Vegas through your service. Recently, I couldn't recall if I had booked, so I checked my emails for a confirmation. When I didn't find it, I assumed I hadn't booked and reserved with another hotel. Today, Westgate appeared on my phone, prompting me to contact them. They confirmed my booking, but I never received a confirmation letter from your end. Due to this oversight, I booked elsewhere. I am requesting a refund to my credit card for the amount paid to the hotel, even though it's a non-refundable booking. I have a history of emails from you that I can provide as proof. I have made bookings for four properties through your site. One booking with ID number [redacted]09 has been confirmed, but the others with ID numbers [redacted]53, [redacted]53, and [redacted]09 are still showing as "booking confirming." I received emails from fraudprevention@agoda requesting me to confirm my credit/debit card by making a payment, which I did promptly. The amount was deducted from my account, but I have not received any confirmation from Agoda, and the bookings remain unconfirmed. I have tried calling the Agoda call center, but no one has answered. Please provide clarification or cancel the unconfirmed bookings so that I can make alternative arrangements. I am extremely frustrated and would appreciate your assistance.

I wanted to share that I've made a reservation at the Hollman Beletage Design & Boutique Hotel in Vienna through Priceline for the dates of 8/5-8/7. I booked a double XL room to accommodate our group. However, the confirmation from Priceline states the room type as "L" for two people instead of the "XL" type I reserved. The XL room type is still available. As this booking is non-refundable, I need to ensure we get the "double room XL" as requested. Thank you.
