Help with my Agoda issue

The issue in GetHuman-a_tayalc's own words
Dear Sir*Madam**I would like to inform you that i have made the booking for my holidays on **th June **** and received the confirmation for the same ( please find attached confirmation in PDF ). In this confirmation it was mentioned that total charges including tax is Rs. **,****- ( Equal to USD ****- approx at rate of * USD * **.** on **th June ****) **On **th June **** your company has charged me from my credit card USD ***.** ( INR * **,***.** which is at the rate of USD * * **.** Inr). The actual rate of USD on **th June **** was INR - **.****Thus i have following two complains. ***. Instated of charginf me USD *** your company has charged me USD ***.**. **. On **th June **** USD * was equal to **.** INR but You have charged the rate of INR **.**. **Thus with this i have paid Rs. ****. thus you are requested to please refund me this amount. ***Further i was very happy to booking by future booking through your website but after checking my credit card statement i was very disappointed and very upset with your company. This was my first experience and the worst experience.
