Help with my Acorns issue

I have submitted a ticket twice and have yet to hear back from acorns, not very warming feeling see as how I'm investing money through the app. Anyways I initially signed up for a traditional IRA through the app and what I meant to sign up for is a Roth IRA, so all I would like to have done is for my existing traditional IRA to be changed to a Roth IRA and the money that I have deposited in to it, I believe **$ to be transfered over. Thank you
