There is a problem with the round up. I didn’t authorize a transaction of $*.** to be transferred. I didn’t have the founds available therefore you guys went ahead with the transaction even this I had put a hold on it. As a result the transaction went threw and it put my account in a negative and I was charged over draft fees as well. So can you take care of this problem and refund the $*.** and also the over draft fees. If you need to contact me please fell free to call me at ***-***-****.
