I chose to withdrawal all my funds from my Acorns account to be transfered to my linked checking on *-**-**. The same day, I was charged $** insufficient funds fee and my requested withdrawal was not transfered. My purpose in withdrawing all my funds in my Acorns account was to close the account indefinitely. I am requesting the $** fee to be refunded back to me. I am closing the Acorns account because, i am MIT receiving alerts for transfers in or out of my checking account and have numerous overdraft fees due to this. The transfers are to random and I am not financially privileged enough to afford such a service.
GetHuman915097 did not yet indicate what Acorns should do to make this right.
