Starting **-** I have had numerous discussions with some very lame and unintelligent agents @ Direct TV. i wanted to know why I could not schedule recordings for future NFL games. I was finally given a cs * R**-************. Every Tech had a different answer, put me on hold endlessly to research. One said i could schedule recordings * wks in advance on DTV and * wks prior on your App.. Nothing works and seems i can even schedule. recording one wk in advance. I tried a phone 'chat' with Christian. Where do you find these idiots? On and on for ** mins and could not answer one question. Kept dragging it out, delaying info, which I never recv'd, to I'm sure test my fortitude and will. I finally had enough. Talked to Collin amoung others on **-**. She was to help with communication btwn iPhone and DTV DVR. Nope! On and on I informed on my issues.....after some time she said. "Oh, so you're having trouble with recording DTV". WHAT !!!!! No s--- ! numbskull !*I tried again today. Got Anna, who at least i could understand. " If program is not shown on Guide or Search I could not schedule. a recording" If anyone had said those simple word earlier in this horrible process i would have been a bit happier.*End result is I'm very unhappy with your quality of support, really non existent, and *your NFL package options. If you could explain other clarifications i would appreciate it. Ps. It took me a search on the internet to find how to email you....*very poor.
