When I originally set up my ATT account a few years ago I mailed in a check every month. I decided autopay would be easier. I have been late twice. Not later enough to ever be cut off. I am I the process of switching bank accounts but have not had time to open the new one yet. *I have been without internet for four days even though I am paid and current. I was told today that this is because I am no longer on autopay. This makes NO sense. My bill is current. It took several days and being transferred to several people for me to be told this. I don’t have a lot of options for internet in my area. I’m home with a sick child today who can not watch any of his shows bc of internet. I am greatly disappointed in this service!
