Why can't we get this issue resolved? Since February **, **** We have had very spotty internet, WIFI doesn't work at all. If the hard-wired system manages to connect, it takes ** or more tries to load each and every page we get constant "no internet connection" errors. I've had weekly calls and chats with tech support and our local tech since February **st. AT&T is running out of excuses and have refused to lower my bill. Call-center support has no idea what's wrong, everything has been checked out again and again and again. Local techs say they are waiting for cable to arrive and have no projected repair date...it's been SIX MONTHS I've heard this. Yet my elevated call center support and calls to corporate both claim they are unaware of any "bury line ticket" waiting to be fulfilled. Are you trying to get out of our area? If so just say so and I'll find another provider. You demand your service be paid for but you aren't providing that service.
GetHuman-igottada did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
