buy a phone ... Dear AT&T abuse**I am writing a reference to the five attempts * ** * man hours that I've spent trying to purchase a phone from the customer loyalty program and the **** I've been through. included is a copy of my credit card statement showing that I have paid the money for the phone. I have also included a recording of the last session with AT&T and the brutal suffering of having to do business with them. in a nutshell I went to Walmart purchase a prepaid Visa and uploaded almost $*** on it. I did call the customer loyalty department and begin to purchase eight iPhone * plus red *** gig phone. I gave them my credit card information and problem. I then called Walmart money card and they gave me approval code and assured me that the money was made available and approved by AT&T. now after * more phone calls and two more to Walmart money card AT&T has some form of record of the process but has everything except in order number. Walmart money card has the money ready and will not give it back to me unless nothing it happens and I can get it the **th of this month. I can't get AT&T to send me a refund so that we might try to process again because on the morning of this transaction there seem to be some problems with the payment processing Department. I have paid for a phone can't get my money back and don't even have a phone not to mention the hours I spent and the money I've lost for not having a properly working phone. at the very best I've been promised call backs updates and everything under the Sun never receiving one. will you please help me at least get my refund my number is *** *** **** and the code on the account is ******** **Thank you** **Jason S Davis
that they have my money held up with the credit card company while i am with out a phone
