When I switched from Uverse to phone, internet, and Directv a little over a years ago, the girl asked what channels I wanted. I told her that I wanted all the channels that I already had, "No problem." I was ***ured that the bill would be $**.** per month, I still have the brochure at home. The bill has never been that amount.*I have called and chatted to the point of nausea. Additionally, I am tired of the tv going out when there is rain within the continental United States.*I now find it amazing that you ask how you can email me when I have been told that AT&T does not email, and I have been told repeatedly that someone from the "back office" will call me back the same day. That never happens. As far as I am concerned, AT&T owes me a huge refund for all of the overcharges or free service to the end of my contract. Check your records.*Calling accomplishes nothing.
