My salesman didn't tell me I needed the screen fixed to trade up. I have the assurance insurance but they said they couldn't come to my home like they told me and I had to trade for a new one, not just fix the screen which I knew is about $**. I am disabled and can't afford my new phone deductable just to upgrade to a new better phone. I've paid insurance on this phone for the * years I've had it. Getting it fixed on my own is $****. Should I return the new phone and the * accessories I got ( which I probably shouldn't have gotten)? I really wanted the newer, better phone. I don't have cable, internet or wifi so it has always kept me entertained. I've had at&t for a long time with no problems. Please help **
