The issue in GetHuman-ryboxco's own words
I am not an AT&T customer but keep getting bills and notifications for another user who is using my email address. The email contains his full name, method of payment and last * digits of the account. There is no way I can contact AT&T (I do not want to call them as I am not in the US and don't have an account). There is no option in the email that states "If this is not meant for you, please click here" or something to that effect. I would have expected when an email is used that there is a verification process.
Finally got the issue resolved by finding an email to their privacy department from there privacy statement.
