I called for two years about my ATT service for Uverse and internet going out **-** times each day.*I had techs out to my home at least six times.*They always said it was fixed, but it never was.*It never got fixed.*The last time I called, a supervisor told me, I would just have to live with it, or go somewhere else.*I took option number two.*Now ATT is trying to get me to pay my last bill, for a service that never worked ???*No!!!*I will call the attorney General if I get one more call , text, or email on this subject.*My efforts to correct the issue are a matter of record, and ATT is also on the record, as failing in the service, and the product!!!*I will begin with BBB, including my call history.*I’m done with ATT- I just want my bill gone.*You ( ATT) can certainly do the right thing this one freaking time, can’t you??*Check my records-*This is your last chance before I go absolutely cyber Ninja on ATT*My account needs to be clear in ** hrs.*You can track it by the phone number-*Or e-mail go ahead- check to see if I’m lying???
