I was at the mall the lady upgrade me to a year with five months free. She said it would be $** more than I already paid. I looked at my bank account and I have been charged $**.** today *-*-** including the $**.** *-**-** so I would like to receive my $**.** back that was not credit toward my purches today like she said it would be. I also I’m looking at my abc mouse account and it is saying my next payment is due in November which means the lady at the mall did not change it to the new upgrade showing I should not be paying anything until September ****. This was all done today *-*-**** so i understand if there is a ** hour process for things to reflect on the abc mouse account. But the over charged seems to be a mistake on her.
