I was directed to a site promising a 1-month free trial through an advertisement. However, upon arrival, I was unable to navigate away from a page and accidentally clicked on the annual subscription. I provided my card details to proceed to the free trial, which often necessitates a credit card. To my dismay, I was immediately charged for the annual subscription. Despite emailing to request a refund because I only intended to sign up for the free trial, the only response I received after reaching out about 10 times was that the subscription was canceled, with no indication of a refund. It is crucial that I receive my refund promptly. The current situation feels deceptive, as my intention was never to subscribe annually but to take advantage of the free trial as advertised by ABCMouse.com, resulting in an $86 CAD charge on my PC Mastercard.

I have been attempting to cancel this service before the end of the trial period. I noticed that charges are still being deducted for a service my grandchildren do not utilize anymore. I have sold the computer they used to play on back in December. It seems my requests for cancellation are being overlooked. It is evident that the account is inactive as no one has been logging in, and I no longer have access to the account details. I am having issues with an app called InboxDollars. I was supposed to sign up for ABCmouse within 2-4 weeks, but I never received an email about the $9.95 charge. As a single parent, every dollar counts, so I am a bit concerned. My child enjoys ABCmouse, but I am worried about the subscription fee. I hope there will be a resolution to this matter soon. Hello, I recently tried the free trial of ABC Mouse without realizing it had ended and charged me. I will no longer be using it as my brother now has an English tutor through school. I was just billed $10, which caused my bank account to go negative. I am currently out of work and unable to cover this charge. I have discontinued this service a few years ago, but I have noticed that I am still being charged for it. Today, I attempted to reach out for assistance over the phone. I encountered a long wait time, only to be disconnected after 15 minutes of holding although I was initially informed that the wait time would only be 3 minutes. Subsequently, I sent an email to the support team. However, I would prefer speaking with a representative to address the matter regarding the ongoing charges for a service I no longer use. It is crucial to review my account history to determine the length of time I have unknowingly been billed for this service post-cancellation and to discuss the applicable refund. I noticed on my credit card statement that I am getting billed once again for an ABC Mouse subscription. Despite previously canceling my membership online before the last bill, I still got charged. I have noticed that I am repeatedly being charged for a subscription with ABC Mouse, which is linked to the next level program Adventure Academy for older children. Even though I upgraded to Adventure Academy with a yearly subscription, you are still charging me a monthly fee on top of that.
