I recently discovered a charge on my card from this website that I don't recognize. Since my baby is only 4 months old, it's impossible that she made this purchase. I'm concerned about the security of my information. This unexpected charge has left me short on my bill payment, resulting in my lights being turned off due to the past due amount. A refund would be greatly appreciated as I can't afford to be without electricity, especially during this cold weather.

I downloaded the abcmouse.com app but no longer want it. I have tried to cancel it by contacting my bank and Google, but they advised me to reach out to abcmouse.com directly. I uninstalled the app hoping it would stop the charges to my bank, but this hasn't happened. I also forgot my password and when I try to reset it, I receive an "illegal error [redacted]" message. I just want to delete my abcmouse.com account and stop the charges from my bank since I no longer use the service. I have tried calling them with no success, so I am hoping to get help through this platform.

I signed up for ABCmouse some time ago, but I forgot my password and got locked out of my account. I'm extremely frustrated right now because I can't cancel my subscription since I can't access my account, and I'm still being charged monthly for it. I've been struggling to log into my account for some time now. I forgot my password and have attempted to reset it multiple times, but I never receive the password reset email. I purchased a year of ABCmouse for $59.99. I was excited about it, but when I used the Learning Path, I found it to be confusing and lacking continuity. For example, after completing a puzzle for the letter A, I expected to continue to the letter B, but the program directed me to something unrelated. This inconsistency has made it challenging for my grandchild, who will be two in January, to follow a structured learning path. I am disappointed with the experience and would like a refund for this program.

I have tried multiple times to seek assistance regarding my issue. Despite communicating my problem several times, I have been unable to use the program since my computer is incompatible. I last reached out in October [redacted] to request the immediate cessation of the $9.99 deduction from my bank account, which seems to have been acknowledged by a representative. However, the deduction continues to occur. Just yesterday, I checked my account and noticed that $9.99 was deducted on 12/23/19. I need to cancel my account with ABC Mouse, but I can't remember my password. I attempted to request a password reset, but haven't received any response, even after checking my spam folder. I am a paying customer for ABC Mouse. Despite paying monthly for this service, the mobile app has not worked on my phone for months. It only shows a white screen and remains unresponsive. I attempted to fix it by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Surprisingly, after reinstalling, I was asked to set up the app as if I were a new subscriber, even though I have already been charged every month for ABC Mouse. This situation is frustrating as I believe I should either receive a refund for the months the app has not worked or be credited for the non-functional service. I hope for a resolution or at least a few months of credit if the app becomes usable again. Thank you for any assistance.

Hello, my name is Loriana. I need to cancel my account as I have not received anything from this company, yet they are charging me $10 every month. I will have to open an investigation as this seems like fraud. I have checked all my transactions and have never received a book from this company. A few months back, I enrolled with ABCmouse for a $45 annual subscription. I had arranged three $15 payments. I successfully made two payments, but when I changed banks, the last payment didn't go through. Due to the busy holiday season, I overlooked it, and now my account is inactive. Is there a way to update my payment details and resume my subscription at the previous rate? Thank you.

I requested the cancellation of my subscription, but it was not processed, leading to an overdraft fee of $96.65. After contacting ABC MOUSE to cancel and receive a refund, I was assured my money would be reimbursed. While I received reimbursements for some charges, the $37.00 overdraft fees and $40 extended overdraft charge have not been refunded. I believe it is fair for ABC MOUSE to reimburse these fees as I cancelled the subscription within the trial period as promised.

I sent an email over 15 minutes ago and have not received a response yet. I also tried calling, but they are closed due to a maintenance issue. I need help resolving my overdrawn account and getting reimbursed for overdraft fees since January 15th. I have been patient, but this is getting frustrating. I've heard good things about your company, but I canceled due to my grandson's lack of interest. If the situation doesn't improve, I may reconsider rejoining in a year when my youngest grandchild can use the service. Please respond to my issue promptly. Thank you.

I visited abcmouse.com and noticed they offer one month free without charges. I signed up and entered my card details. Then, it redirected me to a screen with only two options: a monthly fee of $4 and change or a $9.95 monthly charge. At the bottom, in smaller text, it mentioned a $50 charge upon submission. I didn't want to pay $50; I just wanted to try it for free. I'm stuck on this screen without a way to bypass it. Logging in and out doesn't help; it keeps bringing me back to the same page. I'm frustrated and need assistance to resolve this issue. I didn't anticipate Abc Mouse to turn out this way.

I have sent multiple emails regarding an issue with a charge from ABCmouse.com on my card in December. Natalie from customer support initially responded on December 10th, offering to help cancel the account. However, after her first response, I have not heard back despite being charged in January and February. I did not create the account and do not want a subscription. I find it unprofessional that my requests are being ignored. I am seeking assistance before considering other options. Thank you.

I contacted your company last year to request the cancellation of a program. Despite informing the representative that I no longer wanted the service and requesting a refund, I was advised that no refund could be issued as the service was not officially cancelled. I reiterated my desire to discontinue the program and requested that no further deductions be made from my account. However, I have noticed that another deduction has been taken. I urgently request a refund of the deducted amount as my child has aged out of the program since last year.

I purchased a $59.99 annual subscription on 3/23/20. Unfortunately, after setting up the account for my son and logging out, I cannot log back in without being prompted to pay an additional $9.95 monthly, with the first month supposedly free, to complete my family account. This situation is frustrating. I have not received any resolution despite sending multiple inquiries to [redacted] The only response I received acknowledged my concern and mentioned that someone would follow up, but it has been since Sunday with no further communication. I am still unable to access the site for my son. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to contact my bank and request a refund since the service I paid for has not been provided.
