I recently received an email from ABC Mouse offering a promotion for a year's subscription. Excited to try their PC-compatible app on my touchscreen PC, I subscribed and made the first payment. However, after my son struggled to use the mouse required for some activities, I found that the touchscreen functionality was not as stated on their website. I attempted to switch to my phone, but the app kept crashing. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my subscription, but ABC Mouse will keep it active until October 10th, coinciding with my last payment date. I am requesting a full refund for the $60 I have paid so far, as the product does not meet my needs. My name is Jessica Deering, and I registered with the email [redacted]

I did not authorize any charges on my child support card for ABC Mouse. I need a full refund for the unauthorized withdrawals totaling $69.65 from February to August without my consent. This money is designated for my 2-year-old's needs, and it is unacceptable that it was taken without permission. I expect prompt resolution and the funds returned to the account. Thank you.

I recently stopped my trial subscription on 6/18/19. Despite canceling, ABC Mouse charged my bank account $3.95 on 6/20/19 and then processed a $9.95 fee on 6/21/19 causing me an overdraft fee of $37.50. After cancelling for the second time the same day, charges stopped until 8/19/19 when they charged me again $9.95 causing a second overdraft fee. I canceled for the third time and hope it sticks as my situation is difficult being homeless. I really need the wrongly charged money back. I've been trying to reach customer service but the line is always busy. Hoping for a swift resolution.
Best,
JS

I recently noticed charges on my account from ABC Mouse, even though I cancelled my subscription on 10/10/[redacted] shortly after signing up. I am confused about why I am still being charged for over a year. I respectfully request a credit for all charges incurred after the cancellation date. Your prompt attention to resolving this matter is appreciated. Thank you.

I enrolled in a $28.00 (about $5 a month) promotion for 6 months, which was different from the usual $10 monthly rate. After agreeing, I noticed a $3 fee in addition to the $28.00 charge on my bill. I assumed everything was fine then. However, after just one month, they charged me $28.00 again. As I haven't completed the 6 months yet, the automatic renewal seems unnecessary, and I am not willing to pay $60 in total for this service.
Moreover, we signed up for a free month trial of the next level of ABC Mouse - Adventure Academy at $9.99 per month, but they charged me $28 for that too. This is frustrating! I would like an immediate refund of both $28 charges and to cancel both accounts without delay. Additionally, I am currently unable to log back into my accounts. Assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My subscription was automatically renewed on 9/23/19. Despite canceling it today, it shows the subscription is valid until 9/23/[redacted]. I don't wish to extend it for another year. I'm open to paying for an extra month but I kindly request a refund for the remaining annual subscription fee. How can I proceed to cancel it today and receive a credit back to my credit card for the yearly subscription amount?

I am interested in knowing the details of the deal I purchased for $19.75. Are the lessons delivered via mail, or do we need internet access and a tablet? I would appreciate if you could clarify how many issues my child will receive for this price. I completed a survey and at the end was directed to an order form that was paid for using my daughter-in-law's debit card. Could you please explain the package included in the $19.75 deal, the delivery time, and kindly email me the responses to these inquiries? Thank you. Joyce Flanary at [redacted] Glen Ave. Kingsport, Tennessee [redacted]. The billing name is Jessica Churchwell, while the ordering account is under my name at [redacted]

I am inquiring about a recent charge made on my son's girlfriend's debit card for $19.75. The transaction was initially rejected due to the card being the wrong type. Despite this, the money was still deducted. I am unable to sign up or log in to the website because the same card is not accepted. I am perplexed by this situation. Can someone please explain why the payment went through on a card that is apparently not suitable for use on your site? I am unsure if this payment is for physical items, books, or a membership for games. Your clarification on what to expect would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Joyce Flanary

A few years back, I signed up for an annual subscription with ABC Mouse. I later canceled the subscription, but to my surprise, noticed that they started charging my account again six months later. Despite having the bank reverse the charges, ABC Mouse resumed charging my account after some time. I've been occupied with two jobs and only recently realized that they have been charging me for over a year now. I kindly request that you cancel my subscription again and remove my information from your database to prevent this from occurring in the future. Thank you.

I am having issues accessing my mother's ABC Mouse subscription for my children. When I try to log in, it prompts me to start a new subscription, even though I believe her year hasn't expired yet. To continue using the service, I created a new account and entered my credit card information, but it still redirects me to the subscription page. Contacting customer service hasn't been successful as the automated system disconnects my call. I would like to maintain access to my mother's account, if possible, to avoid losing our progress in my child's learning path.

This seems to be a scam!
I unknowingly signed up for this subscription.
I do not wish to proceed.
Your method of luring individuals with a supposed $[redacted] gift card is deceitful.
I was under the impression I just needed to complete a short survey for the gift card, but it led to multiple subscriptions.
Though I attempted to cancel, I was still enrolled against my wishes.
I have reached out to my bank, PayPal, and have tried contacting you via phone and email with no success.
I do not desire any further communication or transactions.

I recently received a charge notification from PayPal for an unfamiliar transaction by ABCmouse. I don't have any children and don't interact with kids. After gaining access to the account through the forgot password option using my PayPal email, I reached out to customer support on 9/27/19 for a refund and to close the account. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response from them yet. Despite finding their contact number through a Google search, I discovered they were closed when I tried to call before 4 pm EST as per their message. I'm now stuck without a way to resolve this issue or contact them. My main goal is to have my money refunded and the account closed promptly.

I recently renewed my annual subscription but I am unable to use the program due to the lack of a Flash player on my computer. Despite my attempts to resolve this, I have not been successful. When trying to contact ABC Mouse, I encounter a busy line that disconnects me. Additionally, I cannot block non-educational content on ABC Mouse, causing my child to play rather than engage in learning activities. Since I just renewed our student and parent subscription, I am requesting a refund.
Thank you,
Mary Jo P.

I canceled my ABC Mouse account over a year ago, possibly even longer. Despite addressing a previous charge issue, I recently noticed another charge on my account. As a hardworking single mother, every penny is crucial, and I expect a refund for all the unauthorized charges. I initially subscribed when my oldest started kindergarten, but she is now in first grade, which indicates numerous charges accumulated since then. This financial burden has been challenging to manage. I urgently request a speedy resolution and a full refund.

I urgently need to cancel my subscription with ABCmouse today, 11/11/[redacted]. I noticed a pending charge of $59.99 on my account at 6:00 am for the renewal, and we no longer use the service. I mistakenly had auto-renewal set up. Although I canceled it this morning, it stated the cancellation will only take effect on 11/11/[redacted]. I do not want to be charged for another year as my granddaughter rarely uses the account. I attempted to contact them by phone without success. Please advise on how to resolve this promptly. Thank you.

I was charged from my bank account even though I had already canceled my subscription before the free trial ended. When I try to log in to ABC Mouse, it states I'm not a member and prompts me to choose a subscription or start a free trial. Since I am not a member, why was I charged? To resolve this, I request a refund for the charge and any extra amount due to the inconvenience this has caused, including overdraft fees. Please address this promptly. Thank you.

On November 22, [redacted], I, P.B., noticed that my debit card was billed twice by ABC Mouse - once at 9:12 p.m. for $39.95 and again at 9:16 p.m. for $59.95. This is an excessive charge for a service my child no longer uses. I had canceled the subscription online a few months back when she lost interest. There was no notification email sent prior to the charges, so I only realized after the deductions. With Christmas approaching, as a widow, I cannot afford the $99.90 charge. The unexpected withdrawal put my bank account in the negative. Please refund the subscription payment promptly upon reviewing this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue. - P.B., [redacted] Lindsay Lane, Leesville, LA [redacted]. Blessings to you.

I was charged $9.95 even though I signed up for the $1 trial. I do not remember setting up an account and need to cancel my subscription. I have not accessed the membership or have any login details for the ABC Mouse website. Please provide instructions on how to cancel the membership and get a refund of $9.95. I signed up for an ABCmouse account on July 6, [redacted], with my email [redacted] during their $45 for a year subscription promo, opting for three monthly charges of $15. I had a previous account linked to [redacted], which had been canceled and forgotten. Upon signing up with [redacted], ABCmouse reactivated the [redacted] account without my permission, charging me for it as well. When I noticed the double charge, I contacted them, and after multiple communications, was promised a refund and the cancellation of the second account. Recently, I received an email stating my account would expire on December 6th instead of the correct date in September. Checking my credit card history, I noticed only two $15 refunds instead of the expected three, indicating ABCmouse refunded the last charge from each account and is cancelling my account. In total, I paid $90, received $30 in refunds, and will end up paying $60 for five months instead of the originally agreed $45 for twelve months. After informing ABCmouse of this, they first claimed I requested a refund, causing the account expiration. However, I provided evidence of the incorrect charges and refunds, as well as their promise to refund and cancel the second account, which they denied issuing. Their final response suggested I disputed the charges, despite the proof showing otherwise.
