In [redacted], I purchased a year's subscription to your service but only used it 10 times due to a breast cancer diagnosis. When the subscription expired in [redacted], I canceled as I hadn't been able to utilize the website as expected. I was surprised to see charges on my account recently despite canceling, which resulted in overdraft fees and financial strain due to other bills like Hulu. Since becoming ill, I have been on disability, making these unexpected charges deeply troubling. I have tried reaching out multiple times without success. I supported your company by subscribing and referring others even when I couldn't continue using the service. I hope for a resolution and good faith from your end considering my situation.

While at the mall, a lady upgraded my abc mouse subscription to a year with five months free, mentioning it would be only $20 more than what I initially paid. However, upon checking my bank account, I noticed it was charged $59.95 today, 5-5-18, in addition to the $29.95 on 5-01-18. I didn't receive the $29.95 credit toward my purchase today as promised. Moreover, when reviewing my abc mouse account, it indicates my next payment is due in November, when it should reflect the new upgrade, so I shouldn't be charged until September [redacted]. I understand there might be a 24-hour delay for changes to appear in my account, but the overcharge appears to be an error on the lady's part at the mall.

Hello, a few weeks ago, I completed a survey but didn't receive a response as expected. I had previously raised this issue. I am a grandmother of two three-year-old boys, one of whom has autism. In April, I subscribed for a year to entertain them during their visits. Shortly after, I inquired about getting a refund for unused months if I were to cancel, to which I was informed it was not possible due to the terms of agreement. The subscription process was challenging for me, especially coordinating with my daughters, who are the boys' guardians, and facing difficulty downloading the app on my Kindle for their use. My request is to switch from an annual payment to a monthly one and receive a refund for the remaining months of the yearly subscription I already paid for. I recently discovered four unauthorized charges on my account, which I had cancelled in February [redacted] but was still billed for in subsequent years on 03/04/[redacted], 04/17/[redacted], 03/04/[redacted], and 04/17/[redacted]. Even though I was assured I could use the account until the end of February [redacted], the last access was on February 15. Talking to customer service rep Violet yielded no helpful information, and my credit card company has also been contacted. The recurrence of this issue has led me to suspect predatory consumer practices by the company. After researching, I found that many others have faced similar issues, leaving me extremely worried about the ethical and potentially legal implications of abcmouse's actions.

I enrolled in a trial in November [redacted], planning to pay monthly after the trial. When the trial ended, I couldn't log in and was asked to re-enter my payment details. Reluctant to share card info over email, I contacted customer service but got no resolution. Despite no account access since November [redacted], abcmouse.com has kept charging me $9.95/month since December [redacted], totaling $79.60. I couldn't cancel due to lack of access. This is an error on abcmouse's part. I request a full reimbursement of $79.60. Please reach out to me regarding this issue. -Karissa B.

I am disappointed with the lack of diversity in the books my daughter uses to learn to read from your company. The illustrations mostly feature European-American images, which does not fit well for my biracial child. I advocate for ABC mouse in my church and school district, but the absence of diverse images is disheartening. I want to see a change for the better and more inclusivity in the materials. It's time for America to embrace different cultures properly in educational resources and not just add a few images here and there. I am considering cancelling my daughter's membership and may also suggest others in my community to do so. We need more representation in children's learning materials in [redacted].

I previously submitted a support request, but so far I have received a generic response advising me to update to the latest iOS version. I work as a computer technician in a public school system, and we are experiencing issues with iPads and the ABCmouse Mastering Math app. We have multiple iPad Air models running on iOS 11 and 12, and the app freezes after displaying two splash screens. Your guidelines state the program is compatible with iOS 8 or higher. I have tried resetting the devices to factory settings and even used my cell phone's hotspot to bypass our web filter, but the problem persists. After the initial reset, the app worked fine for two days before freezing again. Our teachers are keen on utilizing your app for educational purposes. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I signed up for ABC Mouse for my granddaughter on her iPad using my credit card for the free trial and subsequent payments. I wasn't aware that I needed to download the app from the App Store. When I tried to set it up, it prompted me for the Apple ID password, which I provided after obtaining it. Then it asked me to verify the payment information, which is different from what I initially entered as this iPad belongs to someone else. Could you please remove my payment details and allow my daughter-in-law to subscribe using her own payment information? I will reimburse her accordingly. I would like to cancel the subscription I initiated this morning, and my daughter-in-law will subscribe when she returns home. I recently discovered an unauthorized charge from ABCMouse on my credit card, despite cancelling my subscription in August [redacted]. I received a confirmation email that stated I wouldn't be charged again and my account would be closed in September [redacted]. Surprisingly, my credit card was charged in November [redacted] without my consent. The lack of notification about this charge or the reactivation of my account is concerning. I am requesting a refund for this unauthorized transaction and would appreciate a written confirmation to assist in reversing the interest charges with my bank. My daughter hasn't used ABC Mouse since last summer. I recently discovered that my card was charged for a renewal, even though I thought I had only made a one-time payment. Normally, I would expect to receive an email notification before being charged for a subscription renewal, but I didn't receive any. When I tried to contact support, I was greeted with an automated message about high call volumes and then got disconnected. I sent an email on March 3, [redacted], and have still not heard back about my refund. I reached out again yesterday, but I am facing the same issues with the automated response. I am hoping to speak to a real person to resolve this matter and get my refund. Thank you.

I subscribed to ABCmouse on April 3rd for the $9.95 monthly service fee. Unfortunately, upon reviewing my bank statement, I noticed an additional charge of $59.40. I am uncertain as to how this occurred but believe it might have been due to an accidental click. As I have a fixed income, receiving a refund for the $59.40 would be greatly appreciated. I am dealing with an autoimmune disease that causes inflammation and pain, making it challenging for me to use my hands to type on my mobile phone repeatedly to cancel our ABCmouse subscription for my son. He has had this subscription for nearly a year and a half, but it hasn't helped him learn much. Despite what I heard about it, my son is finishing kindergarten without knowing his ABCs or phonics properly. I recently found a free streaming app on my Roku TV, and in just one month, my son has learned more than he did with ABCmouse. I am on a fixed income due to my disability and can't afford to keep paying for something that isn't helping my son. I've been using your app for some time now. Every time there's an update on the Apple App Store, I encounter sign-in issues. When I try to sign in with my email and password, the page goes haywire, changing the keyboards, making it impossible to log in. I've been facing this problem for months, and I'm fed up with it. I want to cancel my membership immediately.

I noticed a charge on my debit card for ABC Mouse, a service we have never used. I thought the payment didn't go through, so I was surprised to see a charge of 9.95 for a subscription we didn't know we had. I am certain that we never used this app and should not have been charged. Please investigate this matter and process a refund if possible. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. I have tried numerous times to cancel via email, but each time I was asked for transaction or ticket numbers. Two weeks ago, $10 was taken out of my account, and despite reaching out, I have not received a response. As a struggling single mother of three in the midst of a difficult divorce, it's challenging to make ends meet. I have proof of my attempts to cancel and if necessary, I will involve the attorney general as this feels like fraud. You now owe me $20.09 as another $10 was taken out, leaving me without gas money to get to work. Time is of the essence; please refund the money immediately.

My name is Trang, and I signed up for the ABCMouse app in July [redacted] for my son, Phong Vo, born on 01/10/[redacted], using ID [redacted] Due to the slow performance of the app, my son lost interest in using it, leading me to cancel the subscription in September [redacted]. Since then, I have been unable to access the app using my account. However, I have noticed charges of $9.5 per month from September [redacted] onwards. I wasn't able to get my child into the program. I attempted a few times, but couldn't properly guide them. Please refund my family as much as possible. I only used it a few times for a short while. I realize this wasn't addressed promptly, but I've been unable to reach anyone via phone. My family is currently facing financial difficulties, and a refund would be sincerely appreciated. Thank you.

I've been investigating the unexpected iTunes charges on my account. After contacting iTunes support, it was discovered that my abc mouse membership was not canceled after the free trial. I have since canceled the unused subscription. Surprisingly, I found two active memberships charging $6.99 and $9.99 each, accumulating a significant amount since I thought it was terminated after the initial month.
