Calling this number was mostly straightforward, as I didn't have much of a wait time when I dialed. I was able to get through the welcome message and get connected with a customer service representative in about a minute. I was asked to choose English or Spanish, and I was then asked to choose the reason for my call. I could select things such as problems with an order, questions about a product or rewards concerns. I selected product questions and had no issues getting through immediately, although I did have to ask her to confirm that I had reached Old Navy when she gave no initial greeting.

When she did confirm, I said that I was about to use the Old Navy website and wanted to know what the return policy would be if I ordered an item and it wasn't the right fit for the person I was buying for. She said that when I ordered an item, I would have 30 days from the time of delivery at my address to return the item for any reason.

I then asked if this was 30 business days or 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, and she said that it was 30 calendar days. She further confirmed that the company would track the delivery date in its system, and my clock for a return would start at that point. She asked if there was anything else she could assist with, and I said there was not.

Overall, I thought this was an easy call to make. The only hiccup was a lack of an initial introduction and confirmation that I had reached Old Navy.
