I wanted to share my recent experience at the Old Navy store located at [redacted] Glensford Dr #[redacted], Fayetteville, NC [redacted]. The manager locked the door at 8:50 PM, 10 minutes before closing time, while chatting with coworkers instead of assisting customers still shopping. It's frustrating when a store closes early while employees are idle. I hope this feedback can be addressed to ensure a better customer experience in the future. Thank you.

I just wanted to share my positive experience with Beth at the Old Navy store in St. Peters, MO. She assisted me with returns and exchanges on Friday, September 8th in the afternoon. Beth's exceptional customer service was truly remarkable. She was patient, kind, and upbeat throughout multiple transactions. Her positive attitude and energetic approach made my shopping experience enjoyable and left me very satisfied. Thank you, Beth!

I received an email today from Old Navy about an exclusive online deal for 50% off all Coats & Jackets on 9/25, excluding maternity and clearance items. I tried to buy a StretchTech Hooded Zip Jacket for Women with SKU Number #[redacted][redacted] priced at $59.99. Despite the 30% discount applied automatically, I couldn't remove it to benefit from the 50% discount as advertised. Customer service explained that discounts can't be combined, but I'm not combining discounts, just trying to use the one promised. I was informed that the 30% discount could not be removed, which seems misleading given the 50% deal on all jackets advertised. I simply want to enjoy the discount as promoted without any extra combination.

I tried to return my Old Navy order #1F528W9, which came to $[redacted].64. However, I missed the 30-day return window by one day due to being unexpectedly out of town the previous week. Despite speaking with the store manager and Raj from customer service, I was informed by the store manager that she couldn't accept the return for fear of losing her job. Customer service mentioned that it was ultimately the store manager's decision. I did retain the original receipt and the merchandise still had the tags on. I am hoping to return the items and am open to receiving a store credit or a full refund to my Old Navy charge card. I appreciate any assistance you can offer. Thank you.

I have recommended many plus-size women to shop at Old Navy. However, now you do not offer plus-size clothing anymore. I understand there were issues with the line, but why didn't you consult with us to ask what we needed? It was a marketing problem. Plus-size ladies have not vanished, and we still buy plus-size clothing. We have no other option but to spend our money elsewhere. Sadly, I have uninstalled your app. My daughter and I truly enjoyed your plus-size clothes.

To Old Navy Management,
I need to report a concerning situation at your Altoona store. There is a woman, Brittany B., who is frequently shoplifting. She comes in about twice a week and uses a large tote bag similar to Vera Wang to steal items. Her behavior is disrespectful, and I worry about the impact on your store and staff. Brittany also goes by the name Brittany M., is around 25 years old, has red hair, is heavyset, and sometimes has a toddler with her. I hope this information helps address the issue and prevents further incidents. Please reach out if you need more details.
Thank you.

I recently made three back-to-back orders with Old Navy within 48 hours, only to realize they're all being shipped on the same day. I hold an Old Navy credit card and can return everything, but I can't help feeling silly about paying $21 for shipping. The sense of urgency they create can be convincing—I seem to be a prime example of that. Do you think it's worth contacting customer service about this? Many companies are willing to assist in such cases. Should I just accept it and move on? Your thoughts (aside from me feeling like a fool, haha).
