Go to youtube.com and in the top right corner, select "Sign in." You'll be prompted to sign in with a Google account, either with your email or phone number.
Once you're signed in, select the icon in the top right corner that represents your account. If you have a profile picture uploaded, this will be a photo. Otherwise, it'll typically be the first letter of the first name associated with your account.
Once you select this icon, a drop-down menu appears. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "Help."
After selecting "help," a pop-up window will appear. The top of this window will have "popular help resources." If none of these resources apply to your specific issue, scroll all the way to the bottom.
One of your first options is to visit the Help forum to find answers. Click on "Visit the Help Forum," and you'll be taken to a new page on the "YouTube Help Community." In the search bar, you're prompted to "describe your issue." You can begin typing, and see what help articles come up.
You can also select the "Search Help" option, which will redirect you to a new window that can bring up helpful problem-solving articles.
Click on the "Ask the Help Community" to get answers from the YouTube community experts. Note that using this option makes your request public. The Help Community is a public forum for anyone to join and discuss.
This step will include providing a short summary of your issue, as well as some of the steps you've already taken to try and resolve it. You can also select a category for your issue.
You can also contact YouTube's customer service directly for support. While a phone number is available for YouTube support, it doesn't operate 24/7, and can be notoriously difficult to speak to a human (although it's not impossible).
It's very likely that the problem with your channel has happened to others, and there's a known solution out there. Leveraging YouTube's help resources and articles, or the community that can share their past experiences, is likely the fastest way to find a resolution.
