How Do I Report a Damaged Order from Yoox.com?

All items purchased from Yoox.com except vintage, clearance and final items, swimwear, sunglasses, underwear and fragrance can be returned. You have 60 days to return the item and drop it off at any UPS location in the same country the item is purchased.

Returning a Damaged Item

Customers can return damaged items so long as they notify the vendor within 60 days of purchase. You will need to submit a Return Form found on the website. Make sure to contact Customer Care first before shipping the damaged items to avoid paying for the return shipment cost. The damaged item must be in the same condition and in the original packaging. Otherwise, Yoox will not accept it.

Steps to complete a return:

1. Visit the Customer Care website of Yoox.

2. Click Complete the Return Form.

3. Type the order number and hit Find Order.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the form.

5. Wait for the email from the vendor confirming that they received the return form.

6. Send the damaged item through UPS and attach the pre-printed label. Note that you can use another courier other than UPS but you'll need to shoulder the cost.

You'll be refunded the full amount once the items are accepted by the vendor. Taxes and shipping costs may also be refunded.

If the vendor finds the item isn't damaged, they will send you an email notifying you that the return will not be processed and the product is shipped back to you.

Allow three to 7 business days for the returns to be processed. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as the damaged item has been accepted and you were issued a refund. If you have questions, feel free to contact Customer Support.
