You can also call the Walgreens customer service line if you have trouble getting in touch with your local store. When you call, be ready to provide a few details so the issue can be resolved quickly:

  • Your order number (typically delivered via email or text)
  • The delivery address for your order
  • Your phone number or email

Third-Party Local Walgreens Delivery
