Walgreens has a helpful customer service team ready to help with your missing delivery. The best way to get in touch is by phone. The Walgreens customer support phone number is available 24/7. When you call, be ready to provide your order number. You can locate your order number in the confirmation email sent by Walgreens. You can also review past orders on the Walgreens website if you have an account:

  • Go to the Walgreens website.
  • In the top right-hand corner, click on Account.
  • Choose Sign in from the drop-down menu.
  • Once signed in, click on Your Account page.
  • Click Purchases, then Purchase History.
