Most products, including over-the-counter medications and personal care items, are eligible for return and refund. However, prescription medications, contact lenses, and opened cosmetics cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, simply bring the item along with the receipt to any Walgreens store. If you made the purchase online, you can also process returns through the website. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, except for cash transactions which will receive a gift card refund.
