How to Cancel Your Reservation

You can cancel your reservation via the app or on the website. Below are the detailed steps:

Website:

1. Log in to your account if you're a member and go to My Trips. For non-members, go to Marriott.com and click My Trips.

2. Find your reservation and click Edit Room.

3. Click Cancel and hit Update to make the changes.

4. Wait for the confirmation email.

App (iOS):

1. Open the app and go to Trips.

2. Tap on the reservation you wish to cancel or modify.

3. Tap on the three dots found in the top right corner.

4. Hit Cancel Reservation and tap Yes to confirm the cancellation.

5. Wait for the cancellation number.

App (Android):

1. Go to Trips and find your reservation.

2. Scroll to the Reservation Details.

3. Scroll down and tap Cancel Reservation.

4. Click Continue to confirm the cancellation.

5. Wait for the cancellation number.

Guests can also modify their reservations with W hotels. If you want to change the number of guests in your reservation, just log in to your account and go to My Trips.
