The TJ Maxx Return Policy
You must make the return within 30 days from the Cyber Monday sale. You should bring the receipt with you for best results.
If you bought the item you are returning with a check, you must go through a 10 day waiting period before initiating the return. If you have the receipt, you should qualify for a refund in the same form as the purchase. If you do not have the receipt, you will only qualify for store credit. The same is true if you make the return after the 30 day mark. If you only have a gift receipt, you can only receive store credit.
