Our cancellation policy at Sleep Inn is designed to provide our guests with flexibility and convenience. Individual reservation cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in time will result in a charge for one night's stay. For group reservations, a cancellation notice must be given no later than 72 hours in advance of the check-in time to avoid any charges. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we strive to be understanding and fair towards our guests. Please note that some special promotions or discounted rates may have different cancellation policies, so we encourage our guests to review their booking confirmation for any specific terms and conditions.
