Our cancellation policy at Hampton Inn is designed to provide flexibility and convenience to our guests. For individual reservations, you can cancel or modify your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival without incurring any charges. However, please note that certain promotional rates or special offers may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking. In case of a no-show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night's stay plus applicable taxes. For group reservations, please refer to your specific agreement for cancellation terms. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our abilities while ensuring fairness to all.
