What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy at Microtel Inn & Suites ensures flexibility and convenience for our guests. If your plans change, we kindly request that you notify us by 3:00 PM on the day prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid any cancellation fees. In the event that you do need to cancel after this time or you fail to arrive, a fee equivalent to one night's stay will be charged to the credit card provided during reservation. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability.
