At Sleep Central, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our products. Therefore, we have a hassle-free return policy in place. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged. Please retain the original receipt or proof of purchase for a smooth return process. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pillows or bedding accessories unless they are unopened and unused. Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly process a refund or offer an exchange, based on your preference. Please note that return shipping costs may apply and will be deducted from the total refund amount. Rest assured, we strive to make your shopping experience with Sleep Central as pleasant and worry-free as possible.
