How to Set Up Bill Pay From Your Santander Account
To get Santander started handling your bills for you, follow these steps:
- Go to the Santander Online Banking page.
- Log into Santander's Online Banking.
- Click on Bill Pay.
- Click on the Add a Company or Person button.
- Select the type of bill you are paying.
- Select your payee from the list of local payees. If your payee is a company or person who is not on the list, you can enter the information yourself.
- Click on Add.
- Enter the payment amount, frequency and start date.
- Click on Make Payment.
How to Enroll in Online Banking
If you want to use the automatic bill payment feature, you need to be enrolled in Santander's Online Banking program. If you haven't already done that, you can enroll now by following these instructions:
- Go to the Online Banking enrollment page.
- There are two ways to verify your Santander account. You can do so by entering your account number or your credit/debit card number. Select one of them from the drop down menu.
