You can choose to receive eBills instead of paper statements for your Santander bank account if you don't want your statements mailed. Here are the steps to elect eBills in your Santander account.

1. Log In to Your Santander Online Account

Sign in to your Santander account online, and go to your Account Information page. Under Your Services, select eBills, and follow the instructions.

2. Click the My Account Tab

Select My Account, followed by Linked Accounts and eBill Service. The eBill service page will appear. Click the Add a New Account tab and add the account you want to use eBills.

You can enter more than one account. Click Add a New Account button again to do so.

3. Tick the eBill Box

You will then see a list of all your accounts with different filters that you can apply to help find the account you're looking for.

Select the one you want to receive eBills for, and click the arrow next to the Account Number label.

This will open a menu that includes an eBill Settings option. Click the settings for that account.

4. Select to Receive eBills

You can choose whether to receive paper, an email or both for that account. If you select email, you can specify how often you want to receive the bills.

Click Apply. A banner will appear. It will ask if you want to save your new settings as the standard for all future accounts. Tab it to apply your selection across all your accounts.

5. Enter Your Email Address

To receive your eBill, add your email address in the field in My Account. It will automatically enroll you. You can also add other contact information to receive the eBill.

As soon as the bill becomes available, the bank will automatically send it to you as an attachment to the email address you provided.

6. Confirmation

Click the Next button after you enter the appropriate information. On the following screen, agree to the terms and conditions of Santander. Select the Confirm button.

After that, you'll get a confirmation email from Santander that you selected eBill for your account.
