Before we get started, be sure you have either your PacSun account login information or your order number, email address and the zip code you used when ordering (billing or shipping).
Ready to get "trackin'?" Great! Let's begin:
1) If you found your PacSun login information, you'll first want to go to the PacSun website. Next, you'll click the "person" icon in the upper left-hand corner of the home page. A drop-down box will appear and you'll then click "Sign In".
2) Enter your login information and, after clicking "Sign In", you'll be taken to your PacSun account page. Your account page will have a variety of menu options available to you.
3) After you've logged in, look for the "Order History" link and click that link. You'll then see a list of your past orders with Pacsun.
4) Look for the order you'd like to track, and click on the order number for that particular order.
5) After clicking that order number, you'll see the tracking information for that particular order. That includes the tracking number, shipping carrier, the date the item was shipped and the date it should arrive.
6) You may also be taken directly to the shipping carriers web site when you attempt to track the order in this manner by clicking on the PacSun order link. If you are, you'll see the information that is specific only for your order on a dedicated web page for your order on the shipping carrier's website. If that's the case, you'll find the tracking number, the date the item was shipped and the date the item will arrive as well.
7) If you're unable to find your PacSun login information, we can help you. All you'll need to do is retrieve your email address, postal code and order number. Once you have those, head over to the PacSun website and scroll down to the very bottom of the page. Under the "Account & Services" heading in the footer of the website, click on the "Order Status" link.
8) After doing that, you'll be taken to a specific page that will allow you to track your order. Enter your email address, order number and either the billing or shipping postal code associated with your order. Then, click the black "Locate Order" button.
9) Your tracking information will now be displayed. This includes your tracking number, shipping carrier, the date your package was shipped and the date it will arrive.
10) If you find that your order hasn't yet shipped, you can just try these steps again in a couple of days. You'll be able to track your order with ease as soon as it has shipped.
