PacSun goes out of its way to deliver an exclusive collection of the popular brand names. If you have any positive or negative feedback, you can give it to the support team. If you have complaints, they will be addressed as soon as possible.

If You Wish to Return an Order

If you are dissatisfied with your online order, you have two options to return it.

Returning by Mail

1. Open the PacSun website and find the option 'returns'

2. Fill in the relevant information and follow the instructions that follow

3. Use separate pieces of paper to print both sides

4. When returning your package, ensure that you insert the 'Return Authorization Slip

5. Keep the Return Shipping Label taped on your package

6. Drop it off at the post office

It may be impossible to get a refund for items such as Fear of God, Bape sunglasses, and Rhuigi. However, you may return them and get an exchange or store credit within 10 days of receipt. If you wish to return swimwear, it must be unworn with the sanitary panel and tags in place. If you qualify for a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted.

Returning in Store

If you are unhappy with the product you bought in a PacSun store, you can give feedback before leaving. Ask to speak with the store manager if you are not happy with the service. Follow these steps to return items in a PacSun store.

1. You can return any of your items in any store. Bring the product for which you have a complaint, the card you used for your purchase, and the packing slip.

2. If you bought your item from a store, you must return it to that store

Missing Items

If you placed an order for multiple items, you may notice that some of them are missing. It may be because your orders are shipping from different locations. You should not be billed until your entire order ships. If you have any concerns, contact the support team and ask for help.

Modifying/Canceling Order

If you change your mind about an order or wish to amend it, you have a very short period to do it. During the last step of online checkout, you are advised to review your order. This step is meant for you to confirm that the details are right and you wish to proceed.

It is impossible to modify or cancel your order once you have placed it. Orders are processed immediately. You cannot change the ship-to address or any other details.
