How long do I have to return an item to PacSun?

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return an item to PacSun. Please ensure that the product is in unused and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items purchased online can be returned either by mail or at any PacSun store. If you choose to return in-store, please bring the original receipt or packing slip. Note that some restrictions apply to certain items such as swimwear, underwear, and earrings, which must be unopened and in their original packaging for a return or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and if you return an online purchase in-store, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
