I would like to know if my purchase has a warranty

Yes, all Oneida flatware, dinnerware, and glassware products come with a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers any original defects in workmanship or material under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or alterations. Make sure to retain your receipt as proof of purchase. If you ever need to make a warranty claim, you will need to provide this. Please note that shipping charges for warranty service are not covered.
