Order # [redacted]58 Hello, I received a partial order yesterday, but the packing list indicates all items arrived. However, one of the four 2.5 qt. bowls is shattered in the box. All four bowls were shipped in the same box, which appeared to be banged up. The bowls were stacked two by two without bubble wrap between them, only around them. I need assistance with getting the broken bowl replaced. I haven't unpacked the last two yet due to safety concerns as I was almost cut trying to pick them up. I also didn't receive the 2 salt jars with covers in this order, despite them being listed on the packing slip. Thank you for your help. - S. Bruntz

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to inform you that I have not yet received my recent order, order #[redacted]30, which consisted of the Anchor Hocking Trueseal food storage. According to my online tracking, the delivery was due some time ago, but the package never arrived. I have been eagerly anticipating this order since I placed it on October 8, [redacted], as this is my preferred food storage product. I kindly request that the item be resent to me as soon as possible as it did not reach me. I have tried reaching out on October 25 and November 1, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from customer service, which is quite disappointing. I purchased the Aptitude silverware from Macy's (order # [redacted]) and wanted to share an issue I encountered with your product packaging. While the silverware itself met my expectations in terms of quality and design, I noticed scratch marks caused by the tight plastic bands used to secure the items in the boxes. The large spoons and soup spoons only show scratches on the display pieces and the first item in the set, while the dinner forks and salad forks have noticeable marks. The knives, however, were unaffected by this issue. I kindly request compensation of $31.96 for the marked items. Though I would prefer replacements, I am concerned that the packaging could lead to similar markings.

I recently purchased a new set of Oneida flatware called Camlynn for my new home. I bought extra sets to have replacements when some pieces go missing or when hosting more than 12 guests. I have been a loyal Oneida customer since [redacted], but I am disappointed with this set. Despite trying different detergents and cleaning methods, the flatware comes out of the dishwasher stained. This has never happened with previous Oneida sets I've owned over the past 35 years of marriage. I'm considering finding a different brand if this issue persists. Hello, my name is Charles Darcy. I recently purchased two 4-place setting sets of the Oneida Satin Lincoln flatware from Kohl's for Christmas. Only 5 weeks into using them, my family and I noticed spots that we can't remove. I am disappointed with the quality as this shouldn't happen given the price I paid. Initially, they looked beautiful, and everyone admired them. However, after just 5 rounds in the dishwasher, spots appeared on most of the pieces, including knives, forks, and spoons. I believe this issue needs attention. Could someone please contact me via call, text, or email to address this problem with the flatware? A few months ago, I bought two twenty-piece sets of Oneida flatware (Stanhope). Today, upon opening the boxes, I discovered that one set was complete while the second set was missing the small spoons. Though I have one spoon that was part of the display, the remaining three small spoons to complete the set were absent, replaced by an extra set of forks. Could you please assist me in obtaining the three missing small spoons? Unfortunately, the store where I bought the flatware no longer carries the Stanhope collection. Thank you for your help.

I'm interested in buying a set of Oneida stainless flatware and have some questions. I've narrowed it down to the Moda and Satin Easton patterns. I prefer the Moda style but noticed a big price difference compared to the Satin Easton, even though both are listed as "heavy weight" with 18/10 stainless steel. The Moda set even includes a serving set. Could you explain this price gap? Are there quality differences between them to justify the price difference? Are they both made in the US? Also, is the Moda available in a satin finish instead of a reflective shine? Can I buy a serving set for the Satin Easton, and if so, how much does it cost? Thank you.

I recently purchased Oneida flatware (Moda *****) stainless steel cutlery on *********. I only started using it on Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, some of the flatware is already showing spots and discoloration. I have a new dishwasher and use detergent without citric products. Additionally, the flatware easily shows fingerprints, which is disappointing. I have been attempting to reach Customer Service for a week now without success and I am seeking a refund for this unsatisfactory product. In either November or December [redacted], I bought 16 place settings of the Joann pattern from Kohls in Colorado Springs, CO. Unfortunately, after the first wash, the knives are covered in rust stains with visible pits on the blades. Surprisingly, the rest of the pieces are unaffected. I am seeking to exchange all 16 knives for ones without defects. I've made numerous attempts to contact Oneida, but my calls to [redacted] go to a full voicemail box, and my emails have been ignored.

I have been attempting to contact customer service for four days to order replacement lids for AH. Every time I call, whether in the US or Canada, I receive the same message stating that all agents are busy and to leave my contact details. Despite leaving my information 2-3 times, I have not received any assistance after calling all the numbers for Oneida Group/Anchor Hocking. This process is incredibly frustrating with the lack of progress. It seems like Oneida Group may not prioritize customer service. I will give it one more attempt before seeking products from a different company.

I am very frustrated with Oneida. I received a set of silverware in a wooden case, and upon opening it, I found that it was tarnished because it was silver-plated. I contacted Oneida on July 6, [redacted]. The lady I spoke with was very pleasant and informed me that they no longer carry that problematic set. Together we selected a replacement set, and she mentioned it would arrive in about 2 weeks. Now over a month has passed, and I have not received any updates despite sending two emails and making five phone calls. I have left five messages but have not heard back. I would appreciate a prompt phone call to inform me about the status of my order. I prefer a phone call over an email. Thank you.
