Our return policy at Oneida.com is designed to provide our customers with satisfaction and peace of mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the item(s) are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. In the case of a damaged or defective item, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. To initiate a return or for additional assistance, please contact our customer service team.
