How long does it take to process a refund?

At Lids, we strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we receive the returned item(s), it typically takes 7-10 business days for us to complete the refund process. Please note that this time frame may vary depending on your chosen method of payment and your financial institution's processing time. At times, it can take longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We recommend keeping a copy of the return tracking number for reference and contacting your financial institution if you have any concerns regarding the refund status. Rest assured, our goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient refund process for all our valued customers.
