No, you do not have to be a senior citizen to get a Jitterbug phone. Jitterbug phones are designed to be user-friendly and accessible, making them suitable for anyone looking for a simple phone experience.

To conceal your phone number on a Jitterbug smartphone when making calls, go to the phone settings. Look for the option that allows you to hide your number or make calls anonymously. This is often found under call settings or caller ID settings. Activate the feature, and your number should be hidden when you make outgoing calls. Keep in mind that some recipients may still see your number depending on their caller ID settings.

The flashing blue light at the bottom of your Jitterbug phone is an indicator that your phone is turned on and in service. The light makes it easy for you to know that your phone is ready to use. If the light is bothering you, you can cover it with a piece of tape. If it is flashing continuously, it could indicate a notification or message waiting to be checked. If you think it is behaving abnormally, try resetting your phone, but if it continues, it may be best to seek assistance from Jitterbug's customer service for troubleshooting.

This issue typically occurs when a SIM card is locked due to entering an incorrect PIN multiple times. Unfortunately, we can't provide you with a PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code as it's unique to every SIM card and is provided by the network carrier. Please reach out to your network carrier directly to get the PUK code. Once you receive it, follow the instructions provided by the carrier to unlock it. Remember, never try to guess the PUK code, as incorrect entries may permanently block your SIM card.
