The JP Morgan Chase and Company is a leading global financial services firm and Chase Bank is its commercial and consumer banking business in the United States. Chase Bank offers products such as checking and savings accounts, credit cards, and loans. Naturally, most transactions done by private citizens are with a debit card. So, what if you need a replacement card. Don't worry, Chase has you covered as you can request a new card on Chase.com or by using the app.

Chase App

  1. Open the app and confirm you are signed in, then tap on the checking account for a new debit card. If you have a credit card, you can tap on the card you need replaced.
  2. Scroll until you find the Replace a Lost or Damaged Card option, then choose your card and the reason you need it replaced.
  3. Review your request carefully and then submit it.

Chase.com

  1. Go to chase.com and log into your account, then select the account that's linked to the debit card needing replacing.
  2. You should see a drop down box in a section named Things You Can Do, click on this drop down menu and select Replace a Lost or Damaged Card.
  3. Next, you will be able to select the card to replace and submit your request for review. You will receive a response within one business day.

Important Information From Chase

  1. After you submit your request, Chase will send you the replacement card, which should arrive within 3-5 business days.
  2. If after 7 business days, you can either go online to chase.com or the app to request a new card. Please choose Didn't Receive Card as the reason and follow the instructions to submit a new request.
  3. You can also call the Chase Customer Service number that is on your statement. Please note that this number is for checking and savings accounts customers, Chase has a different contact number for personal credit card holders.
