Yes, customers can cancel or reschedule a service with Handybook. We understand that plans can change, and we want to make it easy for our customers to adjust their appointments. To cancel or reschedule a service, simply log into your Handybook account, navigate to the 'My Bookings' page, and select the appointment you wish to modify. From there, you can choose to cancel or reschedule the service. However, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any inconvenience to our service providers. Please note that cancellation fees may apply if the notice is not provided in a timely manner. Our goal is to provide flexibility and convenience to our customers, and we strive to accommodate their needs to the best of our abilities.
