What is Handy's cancellation policy?

Handy's cancellation policy allows customers to cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without any penalty. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 24 hours but at least 6 hours before the appointment, customers will receive a 50% refund. However, cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund. It is important to note that Handy reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, up to the full cost of the booking, if a professional arrives at the appointed location and the customer cancels. The cancellation policy aims to be fair to both customers and professionals, ensuring their time and availability are respected.
