Yes, a receipt is required for all returns at Guess. We highly recommend keeping your proof of purchase as it allows us to process your return more efficiently. The receipt helps us verify the date, location, and price of the item you wish to return, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. In case you no longer have the original receipt, we may accept alternative forms of proof, such as a gift receipt or the credit card statement showing the transaction. However, providing the original receipt will expedite the return process and help us accurately credit the original form of payment.
