Can I exchange an item instead of returning it for a refund?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to exchange it for a different size, color, or style of the same item within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges. However, exchanges for online purchases can only be done through the mail and not in physical stores.
