What is the hotel's cancellation policy?

Dream Hotels' cancellation policy allows guests to cancel their reservations without any penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date and time. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival date, guests will be charged one night's room rate and tax. However, certain promotional offers or special packages may have different cancellation policies, so it is recommended to review the terms and conditions while making the reservation. In case of no-shows, where guests fail to arrive and do not cancel their reservation, they will be charged for the entire stay. To cancel a reservation, guests can contact the hotel directly or make use of the online booking system.
