Visit the Coinbase website.
Scroll all the way down on the Coinbase homepage until you find the "Support" section. It's in between the "Individuals" and "Learn" sections.
Locate the "Help Center" link in the "Support" section. It should be the first option under the header.
Click on "Help Center." This will take you to the help page that says "Hi there, How can we help?" at the top
Locate the horizontal search bar on the help page.
Click on the search bar. Doing this will cause the cursor to blink, a blue outline to appear around the search bar, and your phone's keyboard to pop up.
Type "Can't log in" in the search bar, then press the return button on your phone's keyboard.
Locate the search result that's most relevant to your situation. Since you're trying to recover your Coinbase account, look for the link that says "Can't sign in to your account." It should be the first option that appears in the search results.
Click "Can't sign in to your account." This will take you to the page of the same name.
The "Can't sign in to your account" page has a list of issues and corresponding solutions for why you might be unable to access to your account. Locate the one that best applies to your situation.
Each answer has a link. Click on the one that corresponds to your issue.
After clicking on the link, follow the instructions to regain access to your Coinbase account. If you need further assistance, please proceed to Step 13.
If you're unable to recover your Coinbase account, reach out to customer service. Let the representative know what you've already tried doing to get into your account. This allows them to narrow down solution options.
Consider putting the representative on speakerphone while you're navigating your account. This allows you to easily follow their steps as they guide you through the process.
Once you realize you don't have access to your Coinbase account, take steps promptly to rectify the situation. If you're unable to do it on your own, don't hesitate to contact a knowledgeable representative to assist you.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
